Nexus Futures/Bernstein and Nader

I know that this might not be the most appropriate forum but does anyone know if Nexus Futures and/or Bernstein and Nader are genunine or operating a scam? They specialise in oil and metals on NYMEX.
Bernstein and Nader say they are regulated by the IOFCC.

no contact since mid august - they closed up completely and now seem to be scamming as Lynx commodities
