Implied Volatility??

Hi, my name is Ray, my friends call me Coach, I'm new to this site and confused a little
but with time or repetition comes intuition, my question is about implied volatility on
options, is there a site that will help me understand this better, (for free) and if this
question is against the rules I'm sorry.
