metatrader broker

hi. I am still learning,but at the same time looking for a suitable broker for the future.but so many different reviews and opinions..some knowledgeable opinions would be appreciated
what i am after is:
low starting deposit
honest company
metatrader platform as i feel confident with this one
paypal transfers
fxcm looked quite promising but no metatrader platform for micro account
