emini in uk

I know this info is probably on this site already - but I can't find it.

I'm looking to do high frequency day trades of emini (YM) from the UK.

Could someone let me know the typical cost (round turn per trade) all in.

Also how good are any of these brokerages for uk based traders?

I think IB is $4.80 per round term - but not sure this includes everything.

Also what is the typical spread on the YM contract.
