trader workstation 4

Hello
Trader workstation installation file gets stuck when launching it.
A screen is prompted with an error message that says what appears in the attached file.
Eventually, I know the installation process did not finish properly so Trader Workstation cannot be run.

Did anyone have this problem under Windows Vista Premium? How did you manage to solve it?

for me it's not showing position and avg price values.
