Platforms which allow automated systems.

Hi

After a long period of testing I've developed a day trading system for the ES. I currently trade via Tradestation & I can have the strategy written in Easylanguage. What I want however is an alternative platform which will allow me to trade an automated system but with preferential day margin requirements. Quite simply, I've spent much of my working capital on this and I need more contracts for my $ than I can afford with Tradestation. Any ideas?

Although some people seem to love it, and some hate it, I think NinjaTrader would provide what you want. I can't recall all the brokerages that support it (IB+a bunch of others), but I'd imagine one of them might fit the bill. You'd have to convert your EasyLanguage code to their Ninjascript format (basically c#), but that's probably do-able, depending on your code complexity.

I believe there's also places that will host your system on their server (Cyborg, StrategyRunner, CoolTrade?), but I haven't really investigated them.

Third option is to roll your own...that's the most fun!
