TradeSignal (web and standalone) uses a language called Equilla, which is fairly compatible with EasyLanguage. But there are differences. They however have a huge number of indicators and strategies available, probably more than what comes with TradeStation:

And what are differences between EasyLamguage and Metaquotes? They seem like very similar. Arent's they?
I am sorry, I am not familiar with Metaquotes. You probably have to try that out yourself: Find some EasyLanguage source code and try using it in Metaquotes.
