Which broker offers smallest value per point?

i want to trade not to make a killing, or to earn a living (yet). I just want to familiarize and get to grips with spread betting.

So i just want to know which brokers allows u to trade at small amounts per point (fin traders advertise 10p per point, but in reality is 50p)

u can poke fun and laugh etc.. just gimme an answer please

as u are probably aware im very new to this so my lingo is probably all over the place and would appreciate it if u can correct me too
