Hello guys i'm Lince and im brand spankers in the city. I have a job lined up that consists of the brokerage side of things. I have read alot of titles such as 'Guide to the financial markets' by the Economist and 'Trading for dummies' amongst others, but I am having difficulties finding any publications on Broking.

Can any of you finance Jedis point me in the right direction of some titles worth reading??

Many thanks

learn about your markets and order types etc. sii exams should helkp there....

thanks Gooseman, ive managed to put together alot of information from the many books ive bought. Just thought there might be a recommended few titles i could do with.
Thanks again

Working in the money market, a voice broker, they use derivatives, fras, swaps, currency deposits, rate swaps etc.
I know the basics of each but i guess the only way to learn how it all works is to go to work with them. Any tips for that market? In fact any tips in general?

Edit - I should add - the useful information for you in the above title is more to do with selling and the way you approach clients etc...

For financial knowledge - Hull and Wilmott are fairly popular.
