However, when scrolling through your Website I saw your Security of Funds saying that you guarantee Negative Balance Protection.

Can you guarantee that my account will never have a negative balance for any reason?

Dear Andrew,
We do have a margin close feature with a Stop Out level at 50%. This means, if your margin level becomes less than the Stopout level, your Positions will start closing in descending order of the margin used in each position, until your margin level is bigger than the Stop Out level. This way, we guarantee that your account will never reach negative balance. Nevertheless, if for some reason like the immediate price movement, your account reaches negative balance, Kawase will cover you.

I've opened a demo account to check your mobile app. So far so good.
I'm impressed by the execution speed and the easiness of use of the platform. It's something to acknowledge.
However, just to verify. When you say "Kawase will cover you" what do you mean exactly? If I have a negative balance will you make it 0?

By saying if for some reason like the immediate price movement, your account reaches negative balance, Kawase will cover you, we mean that your negative balance will be covered by us. We guarantee that you will never have a negative balance.
