Just wondered what accounts fellow Brits are using and what you would recommend?
I am looking for something that gives me access to a wide range of markets, allows me to short stocks and also just charges per trade, preferably as low cost as possible.
I used to have an account with Zecco in the US but after they were taken over by TradeKing they closed it down for customers outside the US.
I only have an account with Halifax here in the UK but it is very basic, doesn't have charting and wont allow me to trade after hours.
