i know of some arcades who use it like www.stalimited.co.uk (.com?). you may try contacting them, or others like ghf etc.

i know of no retail brokers who offer it - i doubt there are any as its for pros.

you could also try using your initiative, contacting rts and asking them yourself! (heaven forbid)
