Online broker that allows shorting

Hi

I currently trade through Comdirect. The problem with Comdirect is that I can not short sell stocks through them.

Can anyone please recommend a good online broker with competitive commissions that caters for shorting and going long? The icing on the cake would be if they offer SIPPs too.
