Non-US broker that allows US residents

Does anyone have any recommendations on a non-US broker that allows US residents. I was trying to apply with Questrade, but they wouldn't let me because I'm from the US.

Congratulations on being a US citizen. Your right to deposit your money anywhere in the world has been revoked. The government has decided it is in your their best interest to do as you are told.

You will have a hard time finding any brokers outside the USA who will open an account for you. Those that will are generally unregulated (ie: you will never see that money again).
