Calling Investors with Collins & Bone Partnership

I invested £5,000 with Collins & Bone and my daughter £10,000. The partnership is currently insolvent and apparently has creditors owed £2 million. Collins & Bone have asked all their creditors to sign a five year plan so that C & B can continue trading and pay back the loans, something I do not want to do.

Collins & Bone, is another Jay Lance Gotlieb front.
He has scammed the world for years.
I believe he is finally going down.
Word has it that the U S Treasury is putting big pressure on the Bahamas government, who have been tolerating his criminal doings for 15 years.
Hopefully he finally goes to prison.
Anyone with any other information on Gotlieb (Johnny Bad, Mr. Banks) please respond.
