Hello people,

First I wish you all an awesome 2005 and good trading.

I`m looking for the cheapest online broker for my style of trading.

It has to cover the UK penny stocks and company warrants
Brokers like IB are out because they dont cover these shares

Doesnt have to be direct access: I put in my orders before the market opens

I hope somebody can help me out and thanx for the effort.

Thanks Peto for your concern.

Only by accident I also put this thread in "Spread betting" but it actually belongs here.

I know Barclays charges GBP12 for the first 10 trades and GBP7.50 for the next trades.
Iweb and idealing.com charge GBP 10 each.

Anyone cheaper than GBP 10?

Just remember cheapest isnt always best, look at the facilities they offer as well. Also bear in mind your style of trading, for example some online brokers only use fill or kill limit orders and have no facilities to place stop-losses - this won't suit certain styles of trading.

If it doesn't get a filled straight away, it is cancelled. They can be handy if placing a trade before the market opens.

ohhh...i see. thanks.......lets say i wanted to buy 100 shares from x company outside market time.........what would happne, this is because i won't beable to obtain a up to date price until the market reopens next working day.
