Has anyone used London Forex Markets Ltd before?

I'm a newbie, a fresh graduate looking to get into trading. Got in contact with London Forex Markets Ltd, does anyone know if they're genuine? They're charging £5000 for training but give a base wage of something like £15k and a bonus guarenteed to at least cover the training costs.
