Convert non-US based profits in Interactive Brokers??

Normally I use FXCM and in that platform profits in my USD based account from a EUR/GBP position are automatically converted into USD, my base currency.

In interactive brokers however, the profits remain quoted in GBP and offcourse, the profit in USD keeps fluctuating. How do I get my profits fixed in USD?

In the account window of TWS, there is an option called 'Close all non-base currencies' in one of the menus (can't remember which one). It's an fx trade so incurs a fee, so I usually just do it at the start of the month.
