Which MT4 FX Broker will do this:

I have to switch to an MT4 broker so I can run my Expert Advisor. I refuse to use paypal.

Are there any that offer ACH deposits from ANY bank? I'm a member of a credit union.

I cannot find any besides Zecco, which is an account I opened for my stock trading. I don't want to use their forex service and they don't have MT4 anyway.

Automated clearing house. It means they debit straight from your bank account and there is no fee. I see that ActivTrades offers Credit card but the credit card company charges 1.5%. This is actually cheaper than paypal, so that's a good start! Thank you

PS-No commision on mini/micro accounts? I have a hard time believing that. I could run this broker dry! Something has to be in place or else I'm misreading this. They would be out of business because all the decent traders would go there and use .9 lots. Brokers thrive on giving us Death by 1000 cuts.
