Hiring a freelancer to optimize le portfolio

Hey guys,

I am looking to hire a freelancer to build and optimize a portfolio of Darwins for me which I am willing to share with you all.

I am already texting a few professionals on Upwork. Would it be a good idea to invite them here and join the conversation?

I am wide open to suggestions on how to go about approaching such a thing.

It would make sense if there were many investable darwins, unfortunatelly it is not the case.
Best case scenario: 5-10 investable darwins.
Worst case scenario: 0 investable darwins.

Here they tried with 8 darwins and you can see the result, the problem is not correlation but lack of alpha.
Uncorrelated luck turning into randomness.
