Recently released by the Asian Development Bank, the Asian Bond Monitor report shows at the end of September, China this year issued $ 3.7 trillion of bonds, is more than half of the total of the emerging East Asia and accounted for about 50% of China GDP in 2011, bond default risk already beginning to appear.
The report shows that China up to$ 3.7 trillion of debt issuance amount, growth of 10.8% over last year. China is the largest local currency bond markets in East Asia, the bond market has gradually become important financing channels in China.
The report believes that China's economic growth slowed and inflation worries will push up bond yields of China.
