blame the kids - 5 yr old loses £50K spreadbetting!

haha - likely story. But looks like he got away with it.

A 5 yr old knows how to log in, select oil, gold, silver - all commonly traded instrucments - enter trading amounts, obviously didn't bother with stops, execute the trades.

I can understand why spreadex would be a little miffed at this result and the judge needs his head screwing on properly.

I'd be interested to know how far they went in establishing the visit to his friend as fact.
Phone records, card receipts in friends location at time of trades.
As they likely don't exist, judge is obviously on shaky ground.

Unless there is concrete evidence he wasn't in the house,
and no remote login (mobile / mates PC) judge is a moron, probably paving the way for similar claims.
SB will appeal, with a good chance of a win, and hefty legal fees
for the SB plank customer

I visited the website and read story as well but it is not sufficient to know the actual story behind it means how all thing happened in sequence.

Surely it's a breach of employment code for Jamie dimon to call Bruno iksil a five year old
