For beginners leverage it is more appropriate to ensure a paid Forex Mentor ?

Well it depends. If it has verified experience and trading history then, based on his past trades you can make judgment about this trading performance and decide whether you want to use his service. The point is that real traders earn enough and usually their time worth more than of a mentor which tries to teach your.

Demo is fine

but never go live £££ with a broker unless you have done significant due dilligence on their credentials and track record

always sacrifice spread for a solid reliable broker that will not run off or go broke
