MyTrack Mobile

I have started using MyTrack Data mobile and am pretty satisfied with the service so far. I can easily follow my positions from my smartphone using my seed account at MyTrack.

There are sill some freezes at times but looks like they really made an effort as it tends to occur less and less.

Plans and Prices are fair, all in all I am quite pleased by the service and it looks like the new management team intends make the platform faster and more user-friendly. I shall wait and see.
Pile of old pants

myCrap is the biggest pile of old pants you could wish for.

Regular outages ie whole days and the freezing of data feed when the market is busy are regular occurences. LIFFE feed is lost at least 5 times a week.

Data is full of errors especially LSE

Sadly myCrap seems to be getting worse not better so leave well alone IMO
Hmm unreliable at times

Tends to be unrelaible at peak volume son DAX and ES.. DAX feed freezes from 5 seconds to several minutes regularly in past 2 months.. at PEAK volumes.

UK stocks Ok.

Personally I will switch to IB dtaa feeds when my software (IRT) can take it..

I use MyTrack data feed with Sierra Charts. I have feeds for the STOXX, UK Equities and the ES.
Live cash prices for the FTSE and DJI are available free of charge with the Silver (live) plan. Prices are reasonable, however, they do have regular problems with their STOXX feed and as they are US based getting a response out of them at UK opening time is difficult. You need to use Channel 12 on chat and they will pass a message on.

Because of the regular outages on STOXX I now run two copies of Sierra Charts, one using the IB (Interactive Brokers) data feed and one with Mytrack. If money were shorter than it is I would consider reducing my MyTrack subs to the Basic Plan (delayed) and using that for historical charts with the IB feed as the live feed.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with it, a good basic service at a fair price.
