Cannot complain

Hi everyone, this is my first post (actually a review) after a couple of years from my first registration....
I have been trading with Berkeley for few years, funds are segregated at Natwest bank, and the clearer for F&O is Macquaire bank, which, as far as I know, is also a shareholder of Berkeley.
Cannot complain about the support, but probably it depends who is following your account at Berkeley
Technically speaking, talking with some IT friends that algo-trade via API against Berkeley (patsystems) and Interactive showed me that the same algo running against both brokers had less latency (and slippage) with Berkeley (apparently there are more risk filters that delay orders with IB...but we are probably talking about few cents of a second...)

great bespoke service

There are cheaper brokers around for plain vanilla products or services, but BFL was a surprise for solutions and ideas proposed for my trading requirements. Impressed

watch out

speaking to someone who knows berkeley - they tell me they recently changed clearing firms to a bank and your funds are no longer segregated. good service otherwise i am told, but unless they change clearing firm your funds are not safe

I WAS WITH BERKELEY FUTURES FOR A SHORT TIME. HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
