From Traderpedia

A piped link is a Traderpedia syntactical convention which links to another Traderpedia page while different text from the actual page name is displayed.

e.g. Have you seen the smart new [[Main Page|title page]]? would display as
Have you seen the smart new title page? but link to the Main Page.
