The Harami is Japanese for 'baby' and this two candlestick formation comes in two different types, the Harami and the Harami Cross. Here we will discuss the Harami, which can either be Bullish or Bearish.
Harami (Bearish)
This is a two candlestick pattern in which a small real body is completely contained within the prior session's unusually large real body. The harami implies that the preceding trend is getting ready to conclude.
