We make every efforts to assure that your product arrives to you in good condition. We realize that customers sometimes receive goods that are damaged, defective, or they no longer want the product for a variety of reasons.
If you received damaged items or defective products please notify us immediately and we will either replace the product or refund your money.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt to authorise the return. All we ask is that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were when they were delivered. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new. Products will be issued a refund or credit (less shipping and handling charges) upon receipt of the returned product(s). Products that are returned to us with missing original packaging and or parts will be issued a credit (less shipping and handling charges) less a 15% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned product(s).
Trade2Win cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to the products during shipping. So please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. No returns of any sort will be accepted without a return authorisation.

Seminars may be cancelled at any time and a full refund given up to 48 hours before the
date of the seminar. Any additional travel or accommodation arrangements made in connection with any seminar or event will be your sole responsibility and Trade2Win offers no refunds or compensation in relation to travel or accommodation if an event is cancelled. If you are unable to attend due to sickness or other reasons
beyond your control, we will happily reschedule the seminar to a date that is
convenient to you.
