Q: Do I have to pay postage if I live in the UK?
A: Yes, we charge a variable fee depending on the weight of the product. Most products will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, but please note some items are delivered via the web/email - and therefore there are no delivery charges applied.
Q: Can you deliver outside the UK?
A: Currently we can deliver to most countries by airmail. If in doubt please contact us to discuss your needs.
Q: Do I have to pay VAT on the products?
A: We charge VAT at 17.5% to all EU countries on most of our products (books and magazines are zero-rated). Our VAT registration number is 839 9181 77. Please note our prices do not cover any charges you may incur due to foreign VAT, Customs or Excise.
Q: How long do orders take to arrive?
A: We normally ship orders the same day, however in exceptional circumstances we ask all our customers to allow for up to 14 days for delivery.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We are happy to cancel orders that have not been shipped. If however if we have shipped your order, we will refund you only after you have returned the item at your expense.
Q: Can I return my products if I don't want them?
A: Yes, we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all our products apart from S&C Mag/Traders Advantage and our seminars/events. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, at your expense and we will refund you. The product must be in its original condition, and you need to obtain an authorisation code from us before returning it to us.
Q: What if I receive something I didn't order?
A: If you receive a product that you have not ordered, return it to us and we will send you your correct order and refund you your postage expenses.
Q: What if a product has become unavailable?
A: We will always try to keep our website up to date and to make sure that all advertised stock is available. In the event of a product going out of stock after you have ordered it, we will of course, refund any charges made to you.
Q: I don't want to place an order over the Internet, what do I do?
A: You can order by email, fax or telephone. Simply email us the details of your order, fax them to +44(0)870 130 9946 or call us on +44 (0)20 7183 0510. Please note that these orders are not subjected to our on line payment methods or terms and conditions. If you want further information please ask when you place your order.
