Biography

William Rafter has managed investment funds for over 30 years, running the gamut from futures to equities to debt.  He is President of Mathematical Investment Decisions, Inc. a trader of proprietary funds, and a developer of Financial Data Calculator financial research software for the investment community.  Financial research is his main interest, and he has authored several articles in that area.
