Level of service etc.

As a newbie and someone that (a) works full time and (b) wants advice and help, I think the service I get is excellent. I get newsletters twice a day and can speak to a broker or technical analyst whenever I need to. I don't do indexes or shares online, but I am planning to use the currency platform these guys are coming out with. They seem really knowledgeable and are very keen to help. All in all perfect for me. They are always happy for you to pop in as well - which I like as I go by their office every few weeks and its nice to have a coffee with them. They don't claim to be anything other than a good quality brokerage, and thats exactly what I've found them to be. I didn't rate the platform because I don't use it, I give them an order and they watch it and execute it for me, which as I say suits my job.
