Platform can be unreliable at times, but the support is excellent, far better than any other broker I have tried, so the slight extra cost is worth it, in my opinion.

When the platform is working properly execution speeds are not a problem, far better than using normal trading methods e.g. buying actual shares.

GNI were the first to offer this 'dealing within the spread' service. They had at the time a unique product. Recently the product development seems to be on hold, and the touch system has problems in my experience of a minimum of twice a week.

When it works its very good, but it has become less than reliable

Costs of trading like an near monopolistic provider have remained quite high and lower execution costs are available elsewhere

I have found the accounts handlers vary enormously, with some more helpful than others

Its provides a product resting that rests on its laurels, and is no longer cutting edge imo

Quality of the market analysis and advice available from Account Managers second to none in my opinion.
Limit orders on level 2 work very well for SETS stocks.
For some time they have talked about bringing in a system for implimenting stop orders - sooner the better as far as I am concerned
