Existing Clients - Detailed Instructions
Generally FXDD does not allow existing customers to earn rebates on their trades. However there are two exceptions:
1. If you open a second account using the button provided above and deposit NEW funds. (NB: If you subsequently redeem funds from your first account, your second account won't qualify for rebates.)
2. If you opened your existing account with another introducing broker, rather than direct with FXDD. In this case simply email support@fxdd.com indicating your account number and requesting to change your Introducing Broker to T2W.
