1. How Do I Start Getting Paid For My Trades?
It's easy with our simple 3 step process.
Step 1. Choose a broker then follow the instructions to open a new account or transfer an existing account. When filling in the account application form you may see a field for "referred by", depending on the broker, if you do then simply enter "Trade2Win" unless directed otherwise.
Step 2. Link your T2W account with your new broker account by logging into T2W then entering your full name and account number. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we've verified everything is set up correctly.
Step 3. Finally, choose how you'd like to be paid. We currently offer PayPal and Bank Wire as payment methods.
You're now ready to actively trade the account, and wait for your rebate payments to arrive!
2. Where Does The Rebate Come From?
Your broker pays us, as the introducer, a portion of the spread or commission they charge you each time you place a trade. This commission is taken from the firm's marketing budget, so your spreads, costs, and service stay the same. We then pass the majority of that commission back to you. Simple!
3. How Much Cash Can I Make?
To quickly estimate your monthly rebate you may use our handy Rebate Calculator available on the Rebates home page and all individual broker pages.
4. Do My Spreads Increase If I Open An Account Through You?
Never! Your spreads will be EXACTLY the same as those offered on the broker's website, and will be the same as those you would pay if you had opened the account on the broker's website. The only difference is that, by opening your account through us, you will receive cash back!
5. When Will I Receive My Payments?
You will usually be paid on or prior to the 25th of the month following the month commissions were earned in.
In rare circumstances it could be delayed past the 25th of the month, for instance if your broker made a mistake on your account, the payment information you entered was inaccurate, etc.
6. How Do I Know If This Is For Fair and Real?
You may independently verify our status as an active introducing broker (IB) with the brokers we partner with. You can also verify our registration with the NFA on their website here . You may call or email us and we'd be happy to talk to you about our IB partnerships.
7. Is There Any Criteria I Must Meet To Receive Cash Back?
There are no minimum earnings you must generate to receive cash back. If you have selected a payment method requiring a minimum payment and your account balance is below this, your account balance will carry over until either you change the payment method, or your account balance reaches the amount required to issue payment.
8. Can You Deposit Directly Into My Trading Account?
No, currently we do not offer this but hope to in the future.
9. What can I do If I Disagree With The Amount Of Cashback I Received?
Mistakes can occasionally happen and we are happy to take a second look. Simply call or email us and we'll look into it as a matter of urgency.
10. When Does My Rebate/Cash Back Show Up In my Rebates Dashboard?
We calculate your rebate at the beginning of each month for the previous month's trading activity.
11. What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
Currently we offer:
Paypal - $10 minimum, no additional fees
Bank Wire - $200 minimum, $45 transfer fee (non-UK only)
We incur charges on some payment methods, so we charge a fee on these. For more details please contact us .
12. How Do I Provide My Payment Information?
We collect your payment information in Step 3 of the sign up process. Subsequently, you can change your payment method at any time from the 'Change Details' link in your Rebate Dashboard.
13. What Is A Round Turn Lot?
A completed trade; a position that has been both opened and closed.

15. Why Should I Follow Instructions And Register To Get Cash Back?
The instructions for opening an account at each broker are designed to ensure the brokerage firm recognizes us as your IB referrer. This allows us to collect commission for having "introduced" you as a client. This commission is then used to provide your cash back rebates. When you register on our site, we can associate your brokerage account(s) with you and the payment information you provide.
16. Can I Get Cash Back On A Broker I Already Have An Account With?
In most cases, yes. Please visit the individual broker pages for more details. You may also contact us direct and we'll be glad to help!
17. Can I Get Cash Back On Brokers That Are Not Listed?
We can only offer rebates on the brokers currently listed. We're adding new brokers all the time, so contact us if you'd like us to add yours.
