Aren't sausage skins mostly made out of beef?

Interesting fact: Liechtenstein' certainly used to be, if it isn't now, the world's largest exporter of sausage skins

Maybe we should also short their currency, the Frank as I'm sure sausage skins is probably 80% of their exports
