Does anyone know how to find out what was the structure of FTSE100 when it was launched in 1984. I need a list of stocks included in index.

Here is a link to original list of constituents from 1984, interesting to see what happened to some of them and those still hanging on in there.

n.jokic started this thread Many thanks... I just want to ask something else...I have to examine profitability of momentum strategy in UK (either on FTSE100 or FTSE350). For this purpose I have to find inf. about structure of FTSE100 after each month, since its inception. I tried to find it on LSE website but it was unsuccessful.

I would be a grateful if you can give me some advice.
