Data Download Problems

I bought this package last week, but downloading data is torturous to say the least, usually failing completely. My set up must be OK since it has worked quickly on some occasions. Sharescope didn't even reply to my last query about this.

Anyone else with these problems?

I have been using Sharescope for about six years now and never experienced any problem updating data. If you configured auto download in option, it sometimes don't activate in which case pressing F9 key should start the update process.
It is really very fast with a broadband connection. Hope this helps.

I have just had a look on the Sharescope form, and they mention changing to port 80 when using ISPs such as Pipex that use P2P throttling. This appears to have resolved the issue. I will resolve Pipex to as well in a few weeks!
