Default What happened to the MQL4.com website?

I was trying to download the manual for the programming language of MetaTrader platform. So I was redirected to the mql4.com website, but it seems to be offline. Anyone have more info?

Why cant they redirect the domain to some geocities account saying brb we have a failure. Only Russians are incompetent like this. Its a general attitude of those people. To quote Alex Baldwin from Glenngary Rose: once a loser, always a loser. Oh those Russians...

I believe MQL4.com was hosted in Germany. I am surprised and less than impressed that it is still down.
