So far this year I have been, and yes I do watch them. Though I will do things while I'm in the trade like read news articles, but when I'm done reading te article I'll check the trade.

I did pretty good today, the one problem was my 2nd trade (in AUD/USD) I should have held on longer. Forex: 4 trades, 1 loss and 3 gains for a total of +8.6pips
