I have a hippy friend who trades cable using chinese astrology and lunar cycles.
He tells me that 9 times out of 10 cable moves with the new moon, right down to the 15 min candle ands consolidates with a full moon.
Anyhow 7 June is the full moon and also in his chinese stuff it is the turning point in the ""grain in ear" cycle (which is a 14-15 day solar cycle).
Im not sure how it applies to the indices but Im trying to get him to look at it.
Anyhow attached is an example.

Paddington started this thread Hey Nicola,
I think many markets are affected by the moons and not surprisingly given the gravitational affect , we are mainly water after all. Astrologically speaking the moon relates to our emotions and of course that ties in with the fear and greed that drives markets.

Incidentally looking good for that calendar day relationship i put up for yesterday. Got in a partial position I'll try to run to friday if mkt wants down. Reacting to a support pivot as I speak

cheers
P
