Remote L/S portfolio of systems backing?

Would someone let me know wich ones would have an office in cyprus or would be willing to do remote trading with me being here? Wishing to leverage my capital and capture high alpha and reduce volatility with long short systems, albeit not day trading systems.
From what I can see most if not all prop houses get a cut of the trading fees and thus encouraging overtrading, totally not my game, I have developed many value systems that can yield nice returns with lower risk. If you know of any prop houses(or anyone) interested in my developments and are not remunerated by fees and allow for remote trading/investing please let me know.
