Question How to add Volatiliy Bands on RSI for Metastock?
I did read Brown's book recently. She advised how to add Volatiliy Bands on RSI but the formula is in Tradestation format which I don't know so far.

Can anyone know how to add the Volatiliy Bands on RSI for Metastock?

Why would you add volatility bands to RSI? It has a fixed 0-100 range.

Its function is same as appylying the Volatility bands on price. Accordingly to Brown's book, it maybe used to know how overbought or oversold can a market become!

It's actually not the same. Price is not constrained the way RSI is. RSI is maximally overbought at a reading of 100 and it has a maximum oversold reading of 0.
