Test: Short Term MA crosses Long Term MA

Thanks to Doger for suggesting this new section. If anyone is interested in Metastock or other System routines then let me know and we'll open a forum for it.

In the meantime here's a Moving Averages EDS, just to make sure uploading/downloading works.

I should add that you you MUST save to hard drive. Run from location WILL NOT WORK......It's a system thing.
You need to save it to C:\wintes32 anyway.....
