Which are the software available for that?

You don't need one - just use a pencil and ruler ;)

plan_bucks, a while ago there was a very detailed article on the Darvas method in Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities in June 2005 (code for Tradestation, Wealthlab, Amibroker, Neuroshell etc).

Articles can be ordered for $3.95. Use the following link:
search.traders.com/Tanalysis.acgi$search?.Details=Details&.SearchText=Darvas+box&.SearchArea=All&.andor=all

Good luck.

I don't know if Darvas' Box Indicator works anymore, but Darvas wrote a very good book about stocks, which all investors/speculators should read. It's very funny to read - and you learn a ton.

It is always a good policy to invest only in the very best quality writing materials.

HB grade lead pencil is best for the purpose.

The same applies to the choice of eraser.

Buy a really good one.

Don't forget the eraser.

The Ruler takes care of himself.

Darvas method

imho, you don't need any software. just look at charts until your eye gets trained enough.

I read Darvas books more than 20 times; the ideas are simple and successful. Just be patient.
Darvas didn't even use charts, the boxes were "in his mind".
