I have an iMac G5 which I would like to use for trading, ditching my old PC. Obviously I will need a decent cahrting package and I am looking for suggestions. Does anyone use Pro analyst software? I have downloaded their demo and it seems ok, but lacking some fetures. What about data feeds? does anyone have any expertise in this area. Are all serious traders confined to PC's? Thanks for your help.

Gscull,
mostly everyone uses PC, All the stuff I use is Java based anyway so using a Mac doesn't matter. There is a program called "Virtual PC" available for the Mac which is amazing, everything that is windows specific can be installed and run perfectly using it... it's about $125 or so and well worth it....

hope that helps a bit
