How do these people read and post so quick

Just a thought:

Every now and then (about once daily at least) a member comes on here for about 10 minutes and posts about a dozen responses to threads. That's about 1 every 30 seconds.

The replies will even be from totally different subjects like one on indices then 30 seconds later another on forex then again another 30 seconds and one on spreadbetting and so on. Bizarre.

How the hell do they even click from subject to subject with accuracy of their preferred read then read the last post and respond let alone the other important follow ups. Seems a total waste of time to me unless they are some kind of bot to generate responses. Most of the posts always contain or follow with a question like:

"What do you guys think?"

or something similar.

If I were to take the trouble to respond would I get a come back form the original poster, I see others do and they don't get any response. we will see if they post here after searching for their name.

In the meantime..... here's a response. Sounds like.....cough

I've seen a few lately and I will name two as I would be shocked if they replied in the small space of time they have, unless their bot like instinct latch on to their name being mentioned.

Like I said, just a thought but truly wondered how and why they do it. It's almost like positive trolling.

Presumably a bot ?

I know jack **** about forum software but surely it can't be rocket science to identify frequency of posting.

The MODS don't seem to notice. Some days the threads are totally disrupted and not worth reading because of the activity of Babyblush etc who post anywhere and anytime irrespectice of the currency of the thread affected.

they don't appear overly active? @ around 2 posts a day?

if members bug that much there's always the ignore function, highly recommend, it works really well.

in any case they've 1000's of these "bots" sat on the member list, a handful banned, most not, visiting every day on a rolling logon. they don't appear concerned at those, so I doubt a few that post something won't bother none.

dodgy area and a bad road to travel, as it'd be encroaching on moderating on content grounds rather than to the rules. fair enough if they're off topic all the time.

do their posts make any sense if taken in context that they've replied to the op? and maybe not the topic as the discussions have progressed? just a thought, not looked.

You should take a look. They post banal statements that contribute nothing to ones' education in trading.

Here is an example:

I have checked your tips analyze with Profit.biz advisory firm both are same & accurate

yes agree with you there, and that looks a likely multinic promo issue and kitty criston been given a huge amount of leeway i thought on that front, with many edits for linking or promo posting of particular sites. but that's just my opinion and don't count in the scheme of things. there's usually a follow up post from one of the site minions who post urls where kitty copy/pasted her junk from (as above) nearly every recent post of kitty is a copy/paste, they're just not proactive enough in spotting it, even though they see the postings, edit them, but leave them up and never revisit keeping an eye out.

 they suddenly get active! (y)

like coiled springs, ready for action at the first sign of any trouble:D

but what about the kitty copy/paste job? it doesn't say seo exec in her profile for nowt.

I agree poster can read and post so quick. But poster just reading and not posting cannot give such statement and woud leave forum board.

yes so that reminds me of one I just read in other board unrelating to the forex trading.

But forex trading is something that one when recognizes its potential would really come back to the trading business.

ok I know I failed a bit in the iq testing over the weekend. but those that blew the bloody doors off with a score of 149+ are going to struggle with that blush quote, no?

Kitty..that was one helluva avatar pic! changed it recently..real shame.

Posters like Babyblush/Resistance are a bit of a grey area. We can nail them for spamming, but so far their posts appear just coherent enough to be valid. Since they are from India and Pakistan, I would err on the side of assuming their English is simply poor. But if they're spammers, I'm sure they'll hang themselves in due time.

Are pretty clearly an advertising attempt. He got the B&C treatment earlier today.

This place is being overrun by vendors and spammers just posting away as fast as they can. It really is annoying to try to read threads.

There are so many of these guys. This one is still going as I am typing this and he should have been banned long ago.

yes, but only deleted after neil publicly highlighted it, the post was still there when I looked and posted on the matter.

and even though kitty has since been banned, there's still been no following up of the ad trail that surrounds this lot. yet another who posts in this circle of spammage is still live with a ad post. clearly they've all been posting and bumping in each others threads, come on chaps (y)

can't see any ads, his 1st post back in 2010 still has an active link, the rest look clean.

Bizarre behavior. The forum itself has a 30 second delay before being able to post again. I reckon if this was removed there would be multiple posts within record time.

These people/bots are clearly not communicating with the forum members.

They are from countries other than the U.K and to be honest their writing skills are very good and accurate, its just the way it reads looks strange. ie, like a translation machine/word bot.

I've no idea on this subject but what I do know is that this type of behavior is getting worse and is certainly not human like, if I can go as far as saying that.

This late night speed poster is called:

ituglobal

A vendor from Nigeria and has been posting on quick concession since joining.
