November's T2W Forex Contest is now on..

Last month's contest proved to be one of the most popular, with almost 70 players competing for the prize of an exclusive Kindle Fire. So much so, we decided to offer the same prize this month!

We're going to pre-order another one for the lucky winner and ship it out direct from the US. Note, although these are only available in the US, if the winner resides in Canada, the UK or Europe we'll ship there too (outside these countries it'll depend on shipping/import costs).

The new dedicated contest section of the website will go live this week, we hope you'll agree it'll be worth the wait.

How to enter

Entry is free and takes just a couple of minutes. First, sign up on ForexDesk, using the invitation code "T2WCOMP" and your T2W username. Once you're activated your account, log in and create a new practice account using the default settings. You can call it whatever you like but you must add #T2W-NOV11 to the name, to enter this month's contest. Then make at least one trade during the month to qualify for the prize.

More detailed instructions on setting up your contest account are here:

Prizes

- Contest finishes on Friday 2nd Decemberat 6pm ET, 11pm BST
- The prize is a Kindle Fire.
- Enter any time before the contest finishes.
- The winner will be judged by their P&L for the 5 weeks.
- Accounts must remain public (not private) for the duration of the contest.
- Mirroring of trades to retain first position lead is disallowed and may result in disqualification.
- To qualify for the prize contestants must open at least one position.
- Only entry per person
- If you live outside the US/UK, we may have to offer you an alternative prize of the same value, depending on the prize and whether there are shipping and import tax considerations.

Good trading all! :clover:

Hi Everybody & good luck for the contest...
As I'm new to this I have just 1 question: is there any way to have an "ongoing" chart? Or do we have to wait for the end of the month?

Thanks & Have fun!

Thanks for the question, spinleader. Currently there is no real-time leaderboard, but the good news is that we're planning to launch it next Monday (Nov 7th) for the current contest. You'll also be able to see all trades happening in the contest in real-time.

You can delete one of your existing accounts for now.. head over to your Dashboard, then click Settings for the account you no longer use, and then click the Delete account button, as below:

Man, ForexDesk isnt working, Not for me anyways, I already made 6 trades, but it just stopped all of the sudden, Before the Big EU Drop,

Just me?

I'm in this, i'm looking to prove not only to myself, but to everyone else that i am a great trader.

I've also had the problem where trades have closed on their own the second after i opened them... if you look at my history i had to re-open the same trade less than a minute later.

So i should only have 1 loss atm :(

Hello, Just registered for the November contest, I need direction concerning the trading platform to be used to place trades. And what are the rules for the contest. Expecting a reply as soon as possible. Tnx.

When you place a trade, Stop = stop loss, Limit = take profit.

Or when you place a trade, click on "Close" , then enter what price you want the position closed at.

How can we see who is leading the comp atm ? Is there a link to see the competition entrants?
