.. with a similar trading platform to OANDA fxtrade.

I have found the layout and ease of use to be great but i dont have much desire to trade forex. Can anybody recommend anybody else that has a similar platform and also allows for a 'play' account to test out some strategies first?

- in particular, placing orders by clicking on the chart, whilst simple, makes a lot of sense to me.

Thanks.

I `ve been using IG index for a while and have had zero problems. They have a play account and when you open a real account you can start tiny for the first few weeks.

how do you open a play account? I have an existing investor account but I would really like to try some new things without blowing up my account

thanks

I have the answer you are looking for my friend:

Marketindex by ABN amro.

You'll be thanking me soon.....

checking it out now, thanks.

The platform is powered by OANDA technology. It looks and works identically. I was so pleased when I stumbed across them. I dont have a bad word to say about them so far (been with theem for about a month)

You can trade oil, Indicies and forex, all with very small stakes if you like.

lol...glad to be of help.

I spent about 3 years looking for somwhere like Oanda but with indexes and stuff aswell, and about a week after I finally found them, they started advertising on this very site! Made all my hard work searching feel like a waste of time :(

Hi there,

Do worldspreads and the one with ABN Amro has trailing stop facility?

Thanks,

It doesnt seem like ABN does. I am enjoying the usability though - I need to keep things simple! The one thing I don't like is that you cannot simply bet per pip. Obviously you can work it out but would be nice when things get frenetic. - Have I missed something?
