As a long term contributor to T2W I might say a thing or two on this argument. The admin at Sierra Chart are about the fastest group to respond to questions and issues of anyone in the software development world. Users of fib trader and other packages out there only dream of this support. However, anyone must come to a limit in their tolerance and patience. And the initiator of this thread clearly went way beyond SC's ability to take it (over and over and over again). So, an honest expression (short of the f' off I might have passed on) of strained irritation is to be expected. Better to have responsiveness and honest irritation than sickly sweetness. Personally I think that users who waste too much support time should be given the message a lot quicker - its time that can't be used to develop software or support reasonable users like you and I. Keep up the good work Sierra Chart - I love the product. |
