On the macroeconomic front, the number of weekly applications for unemployment benefits remained close to the 40-year lows. This indicator rose slightly from 6,000 to 244,000, compared to the estimated 240,000.

Always speak up and let your thoughts be expressed (unless you're in the business of politics). I think your great.

I'm probably not the best person to give advice being obsessive by nature, but if I could improve my self, it would be to be less OCD.

I still hold the view, markets extended and walking on air but the trend is up and until I see otherwise onwards and forwards.

fwiw - I've pencilled in spring new moon as GTFO there time.

No rhyme or reason.

Just a mental line unless something happens before then.

President Trump is expected to disclose more details of his fiscal policy, which has been somewhat vague. It is curious how a politician so little consensual and who arouses conflicting emotions in public opinion has achieved such a broad consensus among investors. Thus, there is a risk that these investors may be disappointed or that the market behaves according to the old aphorism of Buy on rumors sell on facts.

There is no way what Trump is proposing will be approved as the numbers don't add up.

Not easy to raise the debt ceiling for what he wants to do.

+ 9% increase on defence budget

+ Trillions of tax give aways

+ Trillion on infrastructure spending

+20bn on building a wall

I think he'll be staring on the sequel to La La Land next.

Congress and the republicans having fought Obama are going to be in some deep deep soul searching that's for sure.
